This past weekend I was able to have a quick getaway and enjoyed a day at a beautiful spa. Surrounded by clutter and confusion in life along with the stress of searching for a job, trying to earn money, striving for balance in family, health and other ventures... it is important to take a step back once in a while and re-evaluate life and priorities. As I sat in the sunshine, enjoyed a nice workout and spent a bit of time in the steam room,  I was able to unwind and let some of the daily stresses fade into the background.
